1. Introduction

Go Glide Ltd (“Go Glide”, “we”, “us”, “our”) provides passenger transport services including airport transfers, airport-to-airport travel, flight disruption management, coach services, cab services, and courier transportation.
By booking or using our services, the client (“you”, “customer”, “airline”, or “corporate client”) agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services

Go Glide Ltd provides:

Airport to Airport Transfers

Flight Cancellation & Disruption Transport Handling

Coaches / Minibuses

Private Hire Cabs

Courier & Logistics Services

Services are subject to availability and operational feasibility.

3. Bookings

All bookings must be confirmed via email, online system, or in writing.

Accurate passenger numbers, timing, and pickup information must be provided.

Go Glide reserves the right to refuse or cancel a booking in case of safety, compliance, or payment concerns.

4. Payment Terms

Go Glide Ltd accepts the following payment methods:

Online Payment via Stripe

Cash Payment

Corporate Account / Invoicing

Invoicing Policy

Standard payment term is 30 days from invoice date unless otherwise agreed.

Late or unpaid invoices may result in suspension of services.

Any bank or processing charges must be borne by the client.

5. Cancellation Policy

Standard industry cancellation policy applies.

Cancellations must be communicated in writing or email.

If a booking is cancelled within the agreed cancellation period, standard charges may apply depending on operational cost incurred.

6. No-Show Policy

If passengers, airline representatives, or client fail to arrive or utilize booked services without prior cancellation notice:

100% of the booking charge will be applied (Full Charge).

7. Delays & Operational Conditions

Go Glide Ltd is not liable for delays caused by:

Traffic conditions

Weather disruptions

Airport restrictions

Unforeseen operational circumstances

However, every reasonable effort will be made to deliver timely service.

8. Passenger Conduct & Safety

Passengers must follow driver and staff instructions.

Any damage caused to the vehicle by passengers will be chargeable.

Illegal activities, abusive behaviour, or safety risks will not be tolerated.

9. Liability Limitation

Go Glide Ltd will not be liable for indirect, consequential, or financial losses arising from service delays or cancellations.

Company liability, if proven, will be limited to the cost of the booking only.

10. Courier & Goods Transport

For courier services:

Go Glide is not responsible for prohibited or illegal goods.

Loss or damage liability will be limited and subject to insurance coverage.

11. Data Protection & Privacy

Go Glide Ltd complies with applicable Data Protection and GDPR laws.
Customer information is used solely for service delivery and not shared without permission unless required by law.

12. Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed under the laws of England and Wales.
